We ship to Europe/EU and to selected international destinations.

Free shipping on orders over €100.
• International: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. Free shipping on orders over €150.

Below the free-shipping threshold, shipping costs for your destination are calculated and displayed during checkout. Subscriptions always ship free.

Delivery times & carrier

We ship with DHL. Deliveries within Germany usually take 1–3 working days after dispatch. Deliveries to other countries usually take 3–10 working days, depending on the destination.

Customs & import taxes

For shipments outside the EU single market, additional import taxes and customs duties may apply in the destination country. These are borne by the customer and are payable locally in accordance with the applicable rules of the respective country.

Lieferzeiten & Versanddienstleister

Wir versenden mit DHL. Lieferungen innerhalb Deutschlands dauern in der Regel 1–3 Werktage nach Versand. Lieferungen in andere Länder dauern in der Regel 3–10 Werktage, je nach Zielland.

Zoll & Einfuhrabgaben

Bei Sendungen außerhalb des EU-Binnenmarkts können im Zielland zusätzliche Einfuhrsteuern und Zollgebühren anfallen. Diese trägt der Kunde und sind vor Ort nach den geltenden Bestimmungen des jeweiligen Landes zu entrichten.
